The first Paw Mate I received had a known defect, I contacted the Mudmate team and within the hour I received a call and email from Nolan from Mudmate and a replacement sent out that same day, which was delivered the next day!
The replacement Paw Mate works very well and my dog now comes home without muddy feet. 10/10 for both product and customer service.

Great for shifting mud from fur and paws pre rinse. Brush nice and soft, doesn’t seem to tickle but agitates enough to release stubborn muddy bits. Had a minor issue on arrival but it was sorted immediately. Highly recommend product and company 5* all round.

The Paw Mate is good quality, easy to use & a good size. It does exactly what I bught it for & cleans my dogs paws well at the end of a walk. I would recommend it. 5*
